We offer two support plans for our customers:

  • Basic Plan

    Free to our customers. The Basic Plan includes 60 days of unlimited technical support after an initial support request, free updates, and access to our Knowledgebase, Support Forums and our Newsletter.
  • Gold Support Plan

    $375 per year. The Gold Plan is designed for customers who want to take advantage of the latest technology, and enjoy the highest level of support possible. The cost is $375 per year and adds unlimited priority telephone support and 50% discounts off upgrade purchases. The Gold Plan is our most comprehensive support plan.

    Our Online Support is available 24 hours a day and should be your first stop for assistance. The Knowledgebase, and Support Forums are available to all users.

    Call our technical support team at 828-682-0161. Our hours are 9 am to 5pm ET, please be sure to have your product serial number available.

    Email us at support@data-tech.com. Please include a complete description of your problem or question, including the version number of the DTI product you are using, and any other pertinent information that will help us reproduce the problem.

    Customers with Gold Support plans can email us at priority@data-tech.com for priority support.  The more detailed information we have, the sooner we can resolve your issue.
