We offer 4 subscription support plans for our software:
- Basic Plan — Free to all users, this plan includes 60 days of unlimited support after an initial support request, updates, Knowledgebase, Web Support Forums and our Newsletter.
- Bronze Plan — $95 per year. The Bronze plan includes everything in the Basic Plan, but also includes unlimited fax and email support for up to two contact people.

- Silver Plan — $150 per year. The Silver Plan expands on the Bronze Plan by including unlimited priority email support (guaranteed response within 1 business day), and a discount of 25% off upgrade purchases (shipping charges are included free for US customers).

- Gold Plan — $275 per year. The Gold Plan is designed for customers who want to take advantage of the latest technology, and enjoy the highest level of support. The cost is $275 per year and adds unlimited priority phone support and 50% discounts off upgrade purchases. The Gold Plan is the most comprehensive support plan.

Contacting Data Techniques
Here are the 4 ways you can contact us:
- Online — Our Online Support is available 24 hours a day and should be your first stop for assistance. The Knowledgebase, and Web Support Forums are available to all users.
- Phone — Call our technical support center at 828-682-0161. Our hours are 9-5 ET, please be sure to have your product serial number available.
- Email — Email us at support@data-tech.com. Please include a complete description of your problem or question, including the version of the DTI product you are using, as well as any other pertinent information. Priority customers (Silver and Gold members) can email us at priority@data-tech.com. The more detailed information we have, the sooner we can resolve your issue.
