Gets or Sets the Color Match Tolerance allows for close matches while comparing the transparent color with the overlay image pixels to see if they should be copied.

Remarks

Color Match Tolerance allows for slight transparent color deviations with dithered or compressed overlay images. Often Jpeg compressed images colors will not match well near the borders of a transparent section.

This default value is 25. This default will allow for up to 25 points of difference for any R, G, or B color entry. If the transparent color is RGB(255,255,255) then RGB(240, 250, 240) will still be considered transparent.
