Remarks

This 0 based array allows one to work with each individual kernel value. The acceptable range for x is from 0 to KernelWidth - 1. The acceptable range for y is from 0 to KernelHeight - 1. If either x or y are outside of the acceptable range a System ArgumentOutOfRangeException will be thrown.
