Remarks

This class holds all of the points used to draw a variety of objects. For rectilinear objects it simply holds the corners. For line objects it holds the points in the particular order they are to be drawn. For some objects like arcs and Pie shaped wedges it holds the corners of the larger circle as well as the control points controlling the arc described.

This collection also fires events when a point has changed PointChanged Event.

Some shapes have fixed number of points so this class has two constructors. If the class is created with no parameters it will be of flexible length. If a length is passed in, it will only allow that number of points. The points will still need to be created and added to the collection. Note: some figures like an arc will draw differently based on the number of points in this collection.
