HANDLE IMAPI ImgXOptBlkCreate ()

This function creates an Option Block (OptBlk) and optionally initializes it.

Return Value

Returns handle to an empty option block.

Comments

ImgxOptBlkCreate no longer takes a parameter.

Note

The entries to an OptBlk must have spaces around the equals ('=') symbol for the block to properly recognize the values.
