New Knowledgebase and Forums

We’ve just completed the initial implementation of a new knowledgebase and support system which will allow us to provide faster even and more comprehensive support. We’re using a service from www.assistly.comwhich integrates our email, forums, knowledgebase, chat, twitter and facebook (coming soon) support into a single support portal. This will allow us to keep our knowledgebase content fresher and respond more quickly to emails and questions posted via any of the support methods ie forums, twitter or facebook.

Over the next couple of weeks we’ll be adding more knowledgebase articles as we copy them over from our old homegrown system.
